Our rear upper control arm front frame mounts for the 1959-1970 Chevrolet B-Body Impala, Caprice, Biscayne and Bel Air are a direct replacement of the stock mount that attaches the rear upper control arm to the frame.

You can use our new mount to replace the stock mount when it is too corroded or to use as a second mount when installing a four link (two rear upper control arms) set up into a factory three link (one rear upper control arm) car.

Our rear upper control arm front frame mount is CNC laser cut and formed from 3/16″ steel and comes powder coated in gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

All necessary mounting hardware is supplied (Grade 8) to complete the installation, including new control arm mounting hardware.

Priced per Mount — Qty. 1 = 1 Mount: You will need to verify whether your car has one or two rear upper control arms. All six cylinder and most small block cars were equipped with one rear upper control arm. Big block cars were equipped with two rear upper control arms.

Fitment Note: Fits Chevrolet B-Body cars only.

Our tubular rear upper control arms for the 1972-1976 Ford Torino and Ranchero outperform the flexible and soft rubber bushings that come from the factory. Eliminate wheel hop and increase traction with an easy bolt on installation!

All of the ends are fitted with grease fittings for easy lubrication and they’re available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish.

Build Specifications: 

  • 1.00″ x .095″ wall DOM tubing formed to the shape of the OEM control arms for a 100% bolt in installation
  • Stronger, yet over three pounds lighter than stock
  • 3/4″ Del-Sphere pivot joints on the rear ends equipped with grease fittings for easy lubrication
  • CNC machined through sleeve and silver zinc plated steel spacers keep the Del-Sphere ends perfectly centered inside of the mounting brackets
  • Polyurethane bushed (fluted) ends on the front ends equipped with grease fittings for easy lubrication
  • Re-uses OEM mounting hardware, no need to drill out your car’s mounting brackets
  • Available powder coated in your choice of bright red or gloss black for a brilliant and durable finish

These combo ended control arms will wipe out most bind, yet keep the road noise increase minimal for a street driven car. The Del-Sphere pivot joints provide for “bind-free” handling performance.

The fluted polyurethane bushed ends are mounted onto the chassis (floor) mount for maximum road noise insulation.

Our adjustable tubular rear lower control arms for the 1972-1976 Ford Torino and Ranchero outperform the flexible stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings that come from the factory. Eliminate wheel hop and increase traction with an easy bolt on installation!

The adjustability feature allows for setting the pinion angle. The factory utilized an eccentric bolt that allowed for only 1 degree of pinion angle adjustment. If you replace your worn out factory bushings with new aftermarket rubber or polyurethane bushings they do not offer the eccentric adjustment.

Our right hand and left hand threaded control arms allow for easy on-car adjustments, no need to unmount the control arms to make adjustments!
