If you provided a billing address that did not match your credit card's billing address then we voided the transaction. We probably then contacted you and got the correct information and re-processed your credit card. If you are looking at your online account and think you see two (or more) charges, you're actually seeing an authorization that was never finish processed and the second charge that was processed. This authorization will clear off of your account normally within 48 hours. If it does not clear off after 2 business days then feel free to contact us and we can look in to it.
