We do not accept personal checks. 
We will accept Wire Transfers with no fees on orders over $500.00. Wire transfer orders under $500.00 will be charged a $15.00 processing fee. 
No COD&#039;s!

		<description>Roll bars and roll cages can only ship via FedEx Express, and only to the United States. We must manually calculate the shipping quote in order to get an accurate ship price for you. If you would like a shipping quote on a roll bar or roll cage and accessories you will need to send us a complete list of all of the part numbers you will be ordering (for the roll bar or roll cage and any option choices as well), along with your full name and complete shipping address (not just a zip code).The easiest way to obtain the full list of part numbers for the roll bar or roll cage and any option choices you&#039;d like is to simply add everything to the shopping cart on our website. Inside of the shopping cart all of the part numbers will be displayed. Then you can use our contact form and select &quot;Shipping Quote Request&quot; as the department to send us all of the above information.</description>

Return Policy of Spohn Performance, Inc. 
 No  returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipment date.  We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns on non-stocked or  special order items. Prior authorization must be given  before any return can be made. Please call 1-888-365-6064 for a return  authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days  of shipment date, and must be in original packaging. A 20% re-stocking  fee will apply, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns  must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or they will  not be honored. There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges.  All returns must be sent freight pre-paid (COD&#039;s will be refused).
 

Items  Damaged in Shipment: Please fully inspect all items upon  receipt. All shipment damage claims must be made within 30 days of the  shipment date. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment  please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with  the shipping company. When a damage claim is approved by the shipping  company your product will be replaced and re-shipped to you at no charge  for the replacement item(s) or the return shipping.

The personnel manning the order line are only able to take orders, they are not trained to answer technical and/or application questions.

		<description>When placing an order the billing address must be the address that you receive your credit card bill, bank statement, etc. at. When we process your credit card, if the zip code, street address and/or CVV code do not match then we will not process your order (fraud prevention). We will gladly ship the order to a different address, but the billing address must match your card.

		<description>If you provided a billing address that did not match your credit card&#039;s billing address then we voided the transaction. We probably then contacted you and got the correct information and re-processed your credit card. If you are looking at your online account and think you see two (or more) charges, you&#039;re actually seeing an authorization that was never finish processed and the second charge that was processed. This authorization will clear off of your account normally within 48 hours. If it does not clear off after 2 business days then feel free to contact us and we can look in to it.
