Information on international shipments to destinations other than the USA and Canada
International Destinations: We ship worldwide! We have listed the most popular countries we ship to on our website. If you do not see your country listed when you try to create an online account please contact us and we will add your country to our selection list.
International Shipping Carriers: Shipments to destinations other than the USA and Canada will ship via USPS, DB Schenker USA Air Freight, or UPS depending on package sizing and weight.
International Shipping Quotes: For online shipping quotes you will need to create an account on our website and then add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then click on the checkout button and the (USPS only) shipping options and costs will be shown on the first page of the checkout before any payment details are requested. Our online shipping quoter you see on each item page and in our shopping cart will not work for international destinations so please follow the above instructions.
No USPS Shipping Costs Shown: Our online checkout system can only show USPS shipping options and costs. If you are not shown any USPS shipping options and costs that means that at least one of the items you are purchasing is too large and/or too heavy to ship via USPS and we will have to manually calculate the shipping using an alternative carrier. In those cases you can email our sales department with the list of items you will be ordering along with your complete ship to address and we will email you a shipping quote. You can place your order online and we will contact you with shipping costs for your approval before processing your order.
Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
APO & FPO Shipments: We gladly ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Our online checkout system will work with APO and FPO addresses so orders may be placed online. For items that are too large to ship via USPS please contact us for a shipping quote using an alternative carrier. We will need the complete physical ship to address for these quotations (not your APO/FPO address).
Tracking Information: No matter what carrier we ship with we will always email you a tracking number upon shipment so you can track your package(s).
