Order Status Inquiries :
If you have placed an order and have a question about your order status, or any other sales related questions, send us an email or call toll free 1-888-365-6064 between 8:30-4:30 (Eastern) Mon-Fri. Do not call the 24/7 toll free order line as they can not check status.

Dealer Inquiries :

International Orders:

Shipments to destinations other than the USA and Canada will ship via USPS, DB Schenker USA Air Freight, or UPS depending on package sizing and weight. For online shipping quotes you will need to create an account on our website and then add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You can then click on the checkout button and the (USPS only) shipping options and prices will be shown on the first page of the checkout (before any payment details are requested).

Our online checkout system can only show USPS shipping options and prices. If you are not shown any USPS shipping options and prices that means that at least one of the items you are purchasing is too large and/or too heavy to ship via USPS and we will have to manually calculate the shipping using an alternative carrier. In those cases you can email our sales department with the list of items you will be ordering along with your complete ship to address and we will email you a shipping quote. You can still place your order online and we will contact you with shipping prices for your approval before processing your order.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
