Our rear sway bar for the 1978-1996 Impala and Caprice and 1973-1977 A-Body cars is constructed of 1.5" solid 4140 chrome moly. Our bar stock is 4140 chrome moly heat treated spring grade steel. The bar is entirely heat formed and coined as one piece.  We put our bar through this extensive process to insure that the final product will be the strongest, most durable bar on the market, and that it will be the most resistant to form alteration. Most aftermarket anti-sway bars are cold-bent, making them weaker at the bends, and more vulnerable to shape alteration.

Rear sway bar kit includes all new grade 10.9 mounting hardware, everything you need for installation and maximum performance! This is by far the best handling mod you can do for your full-size car, combined with our 1 5/16" front sway bar your car will have neutral handling with no body roll.

Sway bar is available powder coated in your choice of the above colors.
